Elliott Chappell Health Centre

I have been sick with my feet for 4 months. I think muscle stretching and inflammation. It is almost impossible to get an appointment. I asked yesterday and I got it this morning at 8am. It was a work day today, but since my leg hurt a lot, I quit my job. Losing 1 day's salary. The receptionist said I don't have an appointment today. I was also on an x-ray last week, I would be curious to see the result. He said it could be up to 3 weeks. But they only call if they see fit. But the X-ray didn't cure it, it still hurts. Why do I pay for insurance? I don't get anything for it! Outrageously pathetic, uncritical patient care. I do not recommend the Sidenham group to anyone. Everyone heal yourself.

At one point i would have agreed this practice was a joke and i felt i had made a mistake by joining it. However over the last year i have noticed a steady improvement.My health is monitored more closely. Reviews for conditions i have occur regullarly and i feel much more informed and reminded for appts etc.I now have confidence in this practice and hope this steady improvement continues.

Absolutely useless! I’ve been in agony with my shoulder for over 6 months, when I finally got an appointment to see a doctor all he said was to ‘try not to use that arm as much’!!! No scans, no pain relief, nothing recommended all because I didn’t have any signs of trauma. I couldn’t believe it when he told me that. I was so angry I was gritting my teeth and biting my tongue. Doctors are suppose to help you, not send you home with nothing and still in agony. I’m terrified and all I wanted was some relief but he didn’t seem to care. I left in tears I can’t bare this pain. Doctors are killing patients than actually taking the time to treat them. I’m going to get a second opinion off someone who actually gives a toss before I risk my life by not finding out what’s wrong with me.

My dad fell over on the ice today had quite a decent graze on the palm of his hand ,he popped into the centre were hes registered and asked if anyone could help him he didnt want an apointment just some help on what he could put on his hand,receptionist downstairs was ok she sent him upstairs ... well the receptionist upstairs was very rude abrupt and dam right horrible to my dad whos in his 80's and registered blind ... would it of hurt her to show a little compassion to him rather then speaking down to him and treating him like a second class citizenand sending him away !!! SHAME ON YOU !! Hope the practise manager is reading this , it happened today 18/01/2023 at 1.30pm !!

Excellent Community Nursing Department, highly recommend. Amazing staff and my appointment was perfectly on time. Thank you.

The doctor recommended that I take paracetamol and change jobs! I have a question? Is this what you were taught? I would recommend these local doctors change jobs, uneducated! And they also ask for a salary increase! Corruption clinic.

Would give 0 satars, cant even order prescription through 24hour line, so i ring up get through to receptionist and they put me on hold for over 10 mins, i give up ill look for another doctors these are poor beyond belief.

I have been waiting treatment for 6 months now. and they don't even let doctor to see you. and they are professional lies especially those nurses.they are looking into your eyes and lie to you. I'm asking you elliot chappell is that much easy to play with human health and lie to them? you get paid from this people taxs to treat them not give them more problems. From my side I'm transferring to KARMA. I hope KARMA will get my rights from you.

I was waiting for a call from the doctor. He rang about 10 seconds and I didn't manage to catch my phone and he didn't call back a second time. So I'm only worth 10 seconds for my GP. Before Covid 19, when I had health problems, they said I had to eat more fruits and vegetables. I do not recommend it with all my heart.

St Andrew's group practice in Elliott Chappell health centre is terrible. Cant get appointment. I have rang from 7.55am and by the time I actually get a answer there are no appointments left. I go and stand out waiting for them to open and when I get to the receptionist all appointments have gone. Its ridiculous how can all appointments be gone at 8.10 it's only been open 10 minutes. Something really needs to be done about it. My partner really needed an appointment. We had to go to the walk in centre. Its just getting worse and worse not good
