Best Life Dog Training

Nova my 2 year old Pomsky pup attended the two week board and train with Jackson back in the summer. I was very worried about leaving Nova for two weeks but was put at ease by updates and the responsiveness of Jackson. He was in very safe hands. Safe to say he came back better behaved. The changes in him have been noticed by both me and everyone that knows Nova. People have questioned whether he is the same dog. Nova had scavenging, lead pulling and total lack of recall. The stubborn husky in him made my walks with him very stressful and unenjoyable. We had tried other trainers and training that just had not worked. I was that owner shouting his name in vain in the park while he caused chaos. Now that is a different story. I am so much more relaxed. Nova actually listens and is a lot more engaged. He’s learned to leave food he finds and his radius when off lead is so much smaller. I also myself have learnt a lot ! Walks are so much more enjoyable. I can’t thank Jackson enough for his training and tips and we are both so much happier now and it’s so nice to see that everyone who knows Nova is so complementary of how much of a good boy he is now. Bonus is that I can trust him to totally walk off lead ! Jackson truly has brought the best out of him and every penny spent was worth it ! Massive thank you to Jackson for transforming my nutcase of a Manchester Terrier into a calm and more rounded dog. During Hugo’s stay we got plenty of updates, photos and videos which was amazing as we could see the difference in him within days! The aftercare has been fantastic also, Jackson is always there to answer any questions we have. Hugo has come back a different dog and I can now walk him with confidence! My 2 dogs went for the 2 weeks training with Best Life Dog Training and came back as new dogs! Jackson was very professional, replied to every text and question I had, very good at communication and following up after the dogs came back home. They stayed with them twice and the before and after was huge. He worked on one of my dogs anxiety issues, recall of my Terrier that didn't exist before and behavior in general. I will highly recommend them.

We’ve now had 3 of our rescue dogs trained with JJ and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. All dogs had totally different backgrounds, behavioral issues, and terrible with recall/pulling on the lead. I now feel confident taking them anywhere in or out of London, feel like I have better control, and most of all, the dogs are the happiest they’ve ever been! JJ communicates regularly during the training program and is available for follow up questions or groups walks.

I can really recommend best life dog training for any dog. My 20mo old Doberman Jackson did his two week residential training a couple months back in early March. I had issues with Jackson's reactivity around dogs and people, particularly ones that moved faster/ approached too quick like cyclists, runners and children. It was mainly from his low confidence and anxiety but he would often chase down people when off lead so it was hard to manage.Daisy was great with Jackson and really helped build his confidence. She updated me regularly with videos. I could tell there was a lot of care and affection given to Jackson and he enjoyed his time there. He got very close to her dog Bruno who was like a big dog brother during his stay. Jackson also got controlled exposure to Daisy's 9yr old son and by the end they were comfortably chilling together in the house.The training has giving me the right tools so that I feel extremely confident that I can fully manage Jackson's needs. We have been continuing his training and we can now enjoy off lead walks with nearly perfect recall. His chase drive is still there and he can have bad days but the eCollar is a huge safety net that has allowed me to get him out of trouble if he makes a bad decision. Overall, Jackson is a lot more chilled and really living his best life now so I am so grateful to Daisy and BLDT.BLDT provide continued support and host pack walks with other clients who have done the same training. This has been such an added bonus as the walks are helping reinforce the training and continued confidence building for Jackson in a safe and controlled way. Its been worth ever penny!

Super happy with my frenchie Tank! He stayed with Jackson for 3 weeks and came back a much calmer dog, he does not go crazy anymore around other dogs, he is now crate trained, and the best is that now I can walk him off leash , which makes our walks much more pleasant. I highly recommend the training, it was the best thing I could have done for Tank. Thanks a lot to Jackson and Best Life Dog Training.

Picked up Titan my 1 year old Dobie today and could tell he loved being with Jackson and the other dogs -Jaxson built his confidence around other dogs and worked on his impulse control and general obedience -I was able to walk him off lead and recall , can’t not believe the transformation -Jaxson has also taught me to be more confidence in certain situations which I can’t thank him enough -Will be using best of life dog training in the future - Would highly recommend !

We have been training our dog with Jackson at BLDT for a few weeks now & we can honestly say we saw a huge difference with our dogs behaviour in the first 2 weeks!! Jackson is so experienced, professional & approachable & has taught us invaluable lessons to help manage our boys reactive behaviour. BLDT agreed to take on our hyperactive 10 month old Schnauzer and we couldn't be happier. Previously he had no recall, limited responsiveness and basically wouldn't sit still. 2 weeks later we have a mature and calm Schnauzer (whilst still mad in his own, now quiet way)! He now happily walks off lead and we do not worry. He's 99% calmer at home and on walks, recalls without issue and is generally now a pleasure to be around. We received daily updates whilst training, full handover with lots of 'human training', and plenty of followups and advise since. Would not hesitate to recommend, thank-you BLDT!

Tommy stayed with Jackson for 2 weeks. It was absolutely worth it. He came back a much cleaner and well rounded dog. He used to cry when he saw other dogs and pull cause he wanted to play all the time. Now he pays much more attention to me on walks and this no longer happens. I now also walk him off lead 90% of the time because he just stays on my side. Thank you!
