Dr Lee is an excellent dentist and was very efficient and professional and the administration of local anaesthetic was painless from the start. The staff are friendly too. Well done all.

Visited Sawtry Dental after my friend recommended them. Booked in for a check-up, I found the environment and dentist friendly and relaxing. Really fancied getting my teeth whitened for my friends wedding day so chatted to Dr Lee who advised me of the process, cost and really the whole service. Got a great price and am chuffed to bits with my teeth.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I got greeted with a month delay and a £82.50 fine - almost double the amount of a standard examination.They failed to realise that as part of the £1500 treatment plan I had previously agreed to, an earlier appointment was already booked on the system making the new date seem a bit odd.As a business owner I understand the inconvenience cancellations cause, however, i wouldn’t dream of fining a customer for cancelling an appointment and then disregard their future custom.Cancellations happen, you show some understanding, manage the diary, pull appointments forward and offer a new appointment at a more convenient time. You don’t bite the hand that feeds you.
