Paid to have 2 new door casings fitted I removed the original carcasses and measures the size and bought identical size from wickes when I bought new skirtings ect I bought the door casings what could either 27 or 30 all depended on which wat you lay the top beam. The joiner said it was the wrong size which I was baffled as I measured the casings I ripped out he said wasnt wide enough once he had put the frame together and said the door casings have to be 27 width so that's but yer he they were 2 small to fit the size of the doors so he had tiger extra wood to pack it out I'm a decorator and I got a joiner to look at it and he said I hot the right sizes the joiner hasnt payed attention and built the frames at 27 not 30 without paying attention and cut the ends off and just done it I emailed the company with photos months ago and explaining it with photos but they havent even bothered applying back to me so iv got toet pay another builder to take it all out and put correct size in been waiting 6months for the reply iv emailed twice still no reply back

Shoddy work, inflated prices and no honouring of warranty. Avoid!
