Even though the food is nice . The service is awful . Waiting time way too long . Half hour for pie n chips and pitta with chips is not right . Order was also wrong . I asked for a portion of chips and got pie and chips special .Too busy dealing with online orders to care about the people waiting in shopUpdate to your replyI did clearly ask for a portion of chips . My exact words were steak kidney pie and a portion of chips . On arrival, there was a pie ready and chips already cooked as the nice lady who served me had done the pie n chips and left them to one side . The only thing that was being waited on was chips salad and pitta bread . None of this needs to be prepared from fresh . It's all there ready to go . I have been a regular for many years and have complained about the wait time 3 times in the last month or so . The nice lady always says sorry . Fustration made me do the review, and your not very nice response doesn't help either . Reviews are there for helpful criticism to see where things are going wrong and to improve on them .

After a hard day work ,I didn't want to cook ,as I was tired ,wish I did have ?As food was disgusting,scampi had batter like a mash potatoes.And ended up in the bin .Chips were dry and if you order mini fish and chips you only get about 6 dry chips .Will never use here again .This was probably why I was the only one in the shop .This chip shop need improvement .

Ordered a few times now, food has always been fresh, chips are perfect, chicken is good quality and always fresh and juicey. Sausage is decent. Fish is amazing. Prices are fair for the quality.

Ordered for the first time on boxing day and only had cash which i like they take cash delivery not many places do now a days, chicken was absolutely lovely and not dry like most places and my husband loved his cheese burger will be ordering again, thankyou

Ordered 1 large bag of chips, was told it would take a few minutes which is absolutely fine. 5 mins later 2 chav women turned up and ordered a load of food with no pleases or thank yous" and had their food delivered next!...Me and another chap were still waiting from earlier when not long after another lad comes in and asks for Donner meat and CHIPS his straight away!The chap and myself asked why we were not next in line as we were there first and we was informed that the other ladies were served next because they had the biggest order....Great."

Nice food lovely people but prices gone up £3.30 for small pastie ..same price pie £3.30 chips same exspensive meal especially with children ..called in yesterday just for piece of mind as the reply i got stating prices pastie are £2.30 .... and they're £3.30 its on the price board £3.30 ...im not a liar

Can't even get an order right asked for mini fish and chips sausage and chips and donner burger and chips they get two right and just give me donner burger and probably paid more for it twice this has happened and they are really slow that's why they get 1 star very poor

Had A Kebab in Naan(Amazing) also a Large Fish(Not a Fish Finger like other places in Brum)I was Highly Impressed with The Texture of the Kebab and The F@£King size of the Fish...Will defo Order Again...
