I don't normally post reviews but have decided to make an exception in this case. My mother was wishing to sell her house and asked me to help out due to her age and being out of touch on what was involved. My first concern was to get an estate agent who was completely honest and trustworthy as had met some very dodgy ones in the past. Lindsay was recommended to me by 2 different people who spoke very highly of the experience they had with him when selling their houses. My mothers house sale has just concluded (yesterday) and our whole experience of the service provided by Lindsay has been excellent. Selling houses is not straightforward with ups and downs along the way but throughout we had excellent advice and guidance from Lindsay and his company. Would highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsay on 3 separate house sales over the last 3 years. He is knowledgeable of the market, responsive to telephone calls and updated me regularly as to the progress of the sales, most recently completing this week with no complications. Elaine and Nicole were friendly and accommodating of my numerous questions - nothing was ever a hassle.All in all a very friendly local business run by local people who I could not recommend higher.

Excellent, knowledgable & friendly local estate agent. Lindsay knows the local market very well, he gives a valuation that is realistic & will sell, whilst maximising the propertys' potential. Lindsay fyfe is a gentleman.. Very easy to sell our house in Ballygowan through Lindsay and our new home also was up for sale by Lindsay.. The ladies in the office also very helpful throughout the sale and buying..I highly recommend Lindsay fyfe & co.

Poor service generally. I found Lindsay to be abrasive and defensive throughout the entire process. When attempting to discuss issues that arose from our survey he was dismissive to any comments we made, making us feel as though we were wrong to even bring them up. After sending a respectful e-mail to withdraw from the purchase, he has not even had the decency to respond to this day. Would not recommend viewing anything through this agent.

Since the takeover of the property from other members of staff the service is totally different. Very accommodating and helpful given the issues that were left by previous colleagues. Thanks

Excellent service and advice provided by Lindsay, Elaine and the team. They acted for the sale of our house but were also the agents for the house we purchased. Queries were handled quickly and we received regular follow-up calls to provide updates. There were some complications and they worked very hard to ensure completion to a tight deadline. Highly recommended

Having initially made enquiries into selling our home we had not decided to make the plunge until some 6 months later. That being said Lindsay came out both times and sat with us explaining exactly how the process would work and what we needed to do. From the point of going to market Lindsey and everyone in the office were on hand to answer every question, worry or doubt we had. This was our first sale of a property and in this company we found a friend, a confidant and a professional. The time and effort Lindsay and Co. put in made us feel like we were their only customer and we could not commend or recommend higher. We also purchased through them and would like to thank them for facilitating the purchase of our house and the creation of a home.

Arrived on time for scheduled viewing, then told abruptly to wait outside in torrential rain until previous party was ready to leave.This agent could very well cost you a sale.Disgusted
