Appalling customer service. I purchased 3 Thule roof bars online on the 4/8 for what I believed was a very competitive price. I had phoned up to check stock and delivery time beforehand. I was told that the product was not in stock but Trailertek were expecting a delivery soon. On the 9/8 I received an email notifying me that Trailertek were unable to fulfil my order as the product was not in stock. To my confusion when looking online the product was listed as being in stock with 3 items able to be delivered next day. I therefore sent 2 emails to Trailertek to query this- no reply. I therefore sent a 3rd email asking if the order had not been fulfilled due to a price error ( the product was being sold at a very competitive rate). Again no reply! I therefore phoned up on the 17/8 and after questioning the order for the 4th time received an email admitting to the price error. Something that could have been done on the 4/8. First and last time I purchase anything from this incompetent company. Appalling customer service and a complete waste of my time. The product was never received.

Excellent service i ordered a trailor tyre and rim from this company it came within two days by D.P.D courier at the time specified. + fair price.

I needed to replace 3 trailer wheels. Being a 'non-mechanic' and not being able to understand the various PCD wheel sizes, I needed to speak to a person, rather than just click on a website form. The call taker was very helpful, understood exactly what I wanted from the measurements I gave him, and the wheels & tyres arrived in a couple of days. A very helpful and professional service. Would recommend to anyone needing trailer wheels & tyres.

Trailertek have been a brilliant find. We came unstuck in Southampton when buying a boat, Extreme trailers sent us to TrailerTek, an Aladdin's Cave of parts.They had everything we needed to get brakes back on the trailer, super friendly as well. Really saved the day for us.We've now used them for mail order a few times, equally as good. Pricing and service are spot on.

Ordered 6 weeks ago, never received. I would not trust this company to open a can of beans that was already open. Avoid Avoid AVOID!

Highly reccomend. Went to Trailer tek today to try and find an axle for my boat trailer as previous places had let me down. Staff were more than helpful, measured everything for me, advised me on all the correct bits I needed and ordered it for me. The warehouse is well stocked with ecerything you might need trIks wise and they really seem to know what they are doing. A bit of a drive for me but I'll be giving them all my custom from now on when I need trailer parts.

Great local business with great knowledge on hand….it’s wonderful that a company can still offer a face to face service to help getting the right parts for trailers. I’ve called in twice this week and was served by 2 separate guys who were super helpful (and patient!) and helped me get the parts I need.I realise the internet is way the world tends to shop these days….but I’m old fashioned and like to see what I’m buying and Trailertek offer a great that allows just that.Keep up the good work….we need good businesses around to support us!

TrailerTek, and in particular Leigh Smith, have proven to be an invaluable asset to us; having recently purchased a new boat and trailer we wanted to upgrade a few parts and didn't know where to begin with the wheels. Leigh very kindly ascertained the correct wheel size for us, sourced and supplied some fantastic alloy wheels and then also organised replacement bolts for all the new wheels. The trailer now looks fantastic and we are thrilled with the end result. Leigh proved to be an incredibly helpful resource and saved us a great deal of time and money.HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH LEIGH SMITH AND TRAILERTEK!
