Bought a table and chairs from here for the first time. Mark was spot on and so was his delivery team. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again

Went to buy a settee and chair on Saturday, was promised delivery on Wednesday, never arrived, rang Mark and was told it would be Friday, when I said it must be here for 10.00a.m. Thursday he said ok, finally arrived at 1.50 p m. Thursday, don't promise what you can't deliver, the delivery personnel were spot on.

Only 1 star for Mark the bull*****ing salesman, we negotiated a couch and 2 chairs, couch needed repair , he promised to repair prior to delivery. Paid him pound notes, deal done. Delivered on time but repairs not done, very p**sed off. Delivery team Les and Val 5 stars and a pat on the back. Very courteous and polite couldn't do enough. In fact due to them thinking outside the box and bringing me another couch (which I was told by Mark the tosspot" there were no other couches available) saved me a lengthy trip back to the shop to have a quiet one with "Mark the welching weasle". Thanks again Les and Val. Mark sort yourself out."

Lovely place & stacked full of bargains

We were impressed with the friendly staff and the very helpful way we were treated my wife who is in a wheelchair was treated with care and the furniture was of a good quality and fair value I would go to them again

One is for mark sent a damaged suite paid two weeks prior was promised the suite would be perfect as it had defects which mark said would be sorted, it wasnt. 5 stars plus for val and les who went back and brought us a new suite. Best delivery team five stars plus brilliant lads. Did the job mark should have done.
