Chris Arlett Painting Contractors

Chris undertook good quality work at my house, which I was happy with.He then committed to do further work, but then went radio silent. I sent Chris 8 messages about the work he had quoted between May 2023 and July 2023 (he read each of them as I had a read receipt),Chris only replied to one to say “can sort after next week”, but then did not. Chris also would not tell me colours of rooms he had painted previously so I could get touch up work done so these had to be colour matched by the decorators I used subsequently.A really disappointing end given quality of the work (which was eventually done in September 2023, 4 months after). A very unprofessional and unresponsive way to deal with customers.

Would highly recommend this decorating company.Competitive prices, fantastic team of decorators, punctual,polite and very trustworthy.The finish on the works done is outstanding. Fantastic wallpapering skills as is the paintwork on the walls,doors and woodwork. Would definitely rate 10 out of 10

Chris took on a difficult job for me at short notice and absolutely exceeded my expectations his team were polite and professional, cleaning up after themselves every day. Many thanks especially to Stuart for a first class job.Highly Recommend.
