As a devoted fan of IPA beers, I was thrilled to find a wide selection of IPAs available at the pub.What truly stood out was Charles' dedication to ensuring I had the best experience possible. He generously took his time to introduce me to the various IPAs they had on offer. Not only did he let me sample each one, but he also patiently guided me through their distinct flavors, origins, and brewing processes. His extensive knowledge about the different beers added an extra layer of enjoyment to the tasting experience.Being a regular patron of Arnos Arms Pub, I have always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and quality offerings. Really nice pub in Arnos Grove. The Back Garden was lovely. There were some items missing off the App hence the 4 stars. Food good!

After work on Fridays my colleagues and I always come here and it is always a great experience. The staff, namely Charles, come over to check we have everything we need so the service is quick and super friendly. The food is good and well worth it. The atmosphere and friendly environment is what keeps us coming back!

Had a 60th birthday celebration at this place and it was absolutely perfect! Great, attentive staff. Delicious food. A lively, friendly atmosphere. Really clean and organised. Dog friendly too, so even better! Definitely would go here again on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

I came here for a thanksgiving meal with my family, fantastic food, service and atmosphere. There was also live music playing here. The atmosphere felt both British and American. We also only had to wait for around 10 minutes as well! 4 stars and not 5 is because it's a bit loud and could be a bit more clean. Great experience! Highly recommended!

Local pub, nice large interior and outdoor beer garden in the back and front. Decent menu for food options, slightly pricier than usual but good quality food and portion size. Friendly staff.However, Chicken was a bit pink and some of the veggies were under cooked and the Yorkshire pudding was over cooked …Overall nice time and only pub in the area

Update: 25/05/2023I'm not coming to this pub again. I used to be a regular here but things changed for the worse.They charged me over £7 for a pint of pineapple juice and a packet of crisps. It's a ripoff.The extortionate price is because they no longer serve fruit juices in a pint, instead they combined two different drinks to make it into a pint. The manager approved of this.Why can't they just serve drinks in pint glasses like a normal pub?The new staff are rude and don't listen. The new bar maid takes out an orange juice when I specifically asked for a pineapple juice. Puts ice in my drink when I said no ice". Sigh. Oh dear. They have a long way to go.If this is how you run a pub and do customer service then I will no longer be coming here.It used to be a nice venue. But not anymore.What a shame.Previous review

We ordered 2 starters with my partner which were “Salt & Pepper squid” and “Nachos”. The squid was overly salty and the nachos were very greasy. For mains we both had a roast and I could not have been more disappointed with the flavour of the dish. The gravy was so rubbed down, very watery and just lacked flavour. The vegetables we bland and the Yorkshire’s were overdone that they broke in half (super crispy).To top it off when the bill came to £68 I asked politely to take the service charge off as i wasn’t happy with the meal the waitress who was an older lady just walked away with some kind of attitude and came back after… had me pay my bill then just went off. Having worked in hospitality myself I’m pretty sure as a server you’re meant to have table side manners whilst serving and I felt that I received none of that.Oh, we got asked if we’d like dessert which we said yes to and waited for 20minutes for the menu and after it still did not come then we deceived to just get up and leave.No… thank you?No… how was your meal?Unfortunately I can’t say I had a good time here, it’s a shame. Great location, great pub. Poor service and food.

Incredible atmosphere!!! We went to get lunch last Saturday and we sitting down and watching some football and we order Delicious burger!! TASTY and fresh, Food is 10/10.We really Enjoy....Great place, people doing a private party , couple drinking coctels and group of youngest lads enjoyed and laughed. That is what I call quality time!!!Highly recommended...
