Incredibly quick and efficient service at a great price. Communication was fast and the service was brilliant. They charged for the work they did and no more. They even took an electric bike to get to me which shows both a commitment to speed as well as a positive impact for health and the environment! Can’t recommend highly enough for a front door lock change.

i cannot rate this guy a zero as no option. My tenant took a key there to be cut for my flat and he told him its £50 as its a special key. This key can be cut for £20 at reputable shops with no trouble. It looks like he is taking advantage of people who are desperate and may lack knowledge on the matter. This location is perfect for that.

Probably the worst customer experience I have had. I wanted to copy my apartment fob and the guy messed up my original key while copying. I went to the shop again to sort it out and the owner refused to correct his mistake. I had to pay 10 £ again to get another copy. He asked for a receipt or sticker and I had the receipt. Then he said that he needs to see the sticker because I could have gotten the fob from anywhere. Don’t ask for receipt if you don’t want to acknowledge it. If you don’t know how to conduct business, please shut your store down. You can’t just scam people out of their money.

5 stars, absolutely. Customer before me came across satisfied with shahs service as I am. I came in clueless wherever I needed a new tv Ariel or an extension. Within 1 minute shah found a 2 metre extension lead, given me a picture how long 2 metres would be and given me explanations. Shah was casual yet professional, happy to help, clear on explanation and I’d def be returning because I found that although the shop is small there were a good amount on other products and their purposes

Excellent business. Staff exceptionally polite and helpful. I had a very unusual security key and I wanted two copies. One key needed an adjustment which was done willingly and free of charge. Combines traditional efficiency with courteous and expert service. Many thanks.

Went to like 10 different stores and no one was able to cut this key. Then came along here and not only did they cut it. But worked first time aswel. So happy. Cant recommend enough :-)

Josh came back immediately and fixed our door after we spotted a separate error with it after the initial job. It was very kind of him to do so and he did a very efficient job of sorting and I was grateful that he took the time to explain to me what went wrong with the door. Would recommend Josh!
