The quote was definitely reasonable - so we went ahead there and then.Jordan from the office sent on a link to pay the deposit. The transfer was made easy, hassle free and secure.We were then phoned by Jordan who gave us a date - three weeks later, to have our windows fitted.On the day of the fitting - Chris and Jordan arrived promptly and started work straight away. Within the morning, our new windows were fitted to an excellent standard.We have nothing but positive comments to leave about this company. Everybody we have dealt with has been friendly and reliable. Their work all the way through has been to a top standard, and precision. We recently had our windows and door changed by Houseproud and we were really impressed with their workmanship, communication and most importantly price! We had our quote at the back end of November and the windows/door were fitted mid January in a couple of days. The guys on site were friendly, hard working, tidy and did a fantastic job! The office kept me in the loop in terms of turnaround and nothing was ever too much trouble for the team when discussing the options I wanted for the door design.
