I attended Armagh Orthodontic Clinic as a teenager in 2012. The same practitioners seem to still be there. I have never left a bad review for anything but was honestly so belittled that my mum ended up having to sit in with me on every single appointment. However, this did not deter the practitioner in question. My mother could not get over how I was spoken too. As a teacher she told them she would never get away with speaking to her pupils in the same manner and could not believe that they spoke to me in this manner. I dreaded every appointment. As a teenager who suffered from really bad anxiety this ensured that I never slept the night before my appointment and had a very upset stomach the day prior and the day off my appointment. As soon as my braces were off I never went back for my check up. Manners cost nothing and I can honestly say I have never felt so 'put down' by anyone. As an adult now I would not accept being treated in the same manner.

An excellent experience from start to finish. My daughter was very nervous about having braces , but the team were welcoming and professional and gave her confidence to continue . Highly recommend this clinic for orthodontic treatment. I’ve had two child avail of the service, both with excellent results. The process itself was explained well, each step of the way and we were well accommodated with appointments.

My time at the Armagh Orthodontic Clinic was completely worthwhile and has left me with teeth that I have received numerous compliments about. Being a patient in a modern, comfortable building certainly has a range of benefits, and made coming to be treated more of a treat than a chore! Jane has an endless amount of patience, putting up with my slack attitude as regards wearing some of the removable guards, and dealing with my perfectionism, matched only by her own desire to deliver the best possible orthodontic treatment to her patients. Attending the Clinic was definitely a decision I do not regret!

I would not hesitate to recommend Armagh Orthodontic Clinic. I went for the Invisalign treatment and although the treatment itself was successful and I have lovely straight teeth I would most certainly not want to go through it again. 22 hours a day with aligners is somewhat restrictive! My son had regular braces at the same time and again his teeth have turned out perfect. The girls are lovely to deal with and always available when needed. My daughter is now waiting for her first appointment and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thanks for everything!
