Eddie was in Epping 3 weeks ago and the treatment care and love he received was second to non and amazing. They literally saved his life and I’m forever grateful. I’ve been with Forest for 33 years and would not go anywhere else. The staff are all so lovely and having been at Woodford for all this time lots have become friends. To everyone at Woodford and Epping a massive thank you xx

Saved my Guinea pigs life twice and been a great comfort knowing he's in safe, capable and knowledgeable hands. Staff are always Freindly and polite, wait times are better than our previous vets and they have another branch nearby to accommodate.Cost is always reasonable, not that you should be concerned about cost, you chose to have a pet so you should cover the cost of their healthcare.Could not recommend this team more.

I took my rescue Belgian Malinois to get spayed at Forest Veterinary Centre, Epping yesterday and she was seen by Dr Joseph Yate. She is nervous of strangers, particularly men and finds visiting the vets very stressful. Dr Yate was extremely understanding of the situation, quickly recognising that my dog was becoming distressed with the pre-operative assessment. He not only facilitated an earlier surgery slot (to prevent a prolonged stay that would stress her further), but also allowed myself and my mum to stay with our dog whilst the sedative took full effect. Dr Yate also explained options of medication that would calm our dog before visiting the vets again, hopefully making the whole experience less stressful for all. I cannot thank Dr Yate enough, he was wonderful and I cannot recommend him enough.Update: My dog has gone back for the clinic’s Cuddle Club to desensitise animals who are nervous at the vets and has received her annual boosters. She was seen by Vet Nurse Alice who was wonderful! Alice had so much time and patience with my dog who was very vocal and unsettled being at the vets. I cannot thank Alice enough for being so understanding of my dog and giving genuinely helpful advice.

Have been bringing my vets for over 30 years. A big thank you to all present and past vets and reception staff who do a great job in difficult circumstances. They were especially lovely and caring to us with Sabre who had DM and Kat especially went over and above to ensure he had the best care. Carole and the reception staff are great and very efficient and kind

My Beautiful dog Ben was rushed here 6weeks ago, he was very poorly with exacerbated heart failure, the veterinaries was so kind and worked hard to save him, which they did.We had 6 Bonus weeks of love, happiness and quality time with Ben. Sadly, he had another relapse last week and we knew the time had come for him to pass, there was no more that could be done, he was ready, we were not..We were given a room with blankets and sheepskins on the floor and I was able to lie with Ben and shower him with love along with his Daddy as he gently passed away. We will always remember the kindness shown to us and Ben. Thank you

Have used forest vets in one place or another for last 15 yrs have noticed a steady decline. costs are ridiculous but I guess so are most vets , The vets themselves are all good but the time it takes to answer the phone is beyond ridiculous even when sitting at #1. I can actually get through to my GP quicker! Yet whenever i go to the vets there is always two sitting on reception, just no idea what they actually do as they certainly don’t seem to bother answering the phone.

Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and reassuring. Joe was wonderful with my yorkie, Freddie. He made sure that he is comfortable whilst examining what is causing him pain. A few years ago when Freddie was attacked by another dog and needed surgery, he stayed at the hospital for a couple of days. Whenever we come back here, Freddie is eager to go in (possibly the only dog that loves going to the vets) but that only shows what great care was provided to him. It’s great having a vet you can trust to get your little pet better.

Been a Forest Vet customer for several years with three dogs, and have recently decided to move to another vets due to their diabolical customer service.Rude, unhelpful staff, unwilling to cooperate or provide reasonable solutions to a problem that they created (due to not logging proper notes following an appointment.) I made a formal complaint to the assistant manager, Jo, who, whilst acknowledging a member of staff’s (Ellen) ‘unsympathetic’ and rude attitude on the phone, basically offered no other support and then couldn’t even be bothered to respond to my follow-up email. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I have had two dogs looked after by this vets and they have both been treated with such kindness and care.We had a recent visit due to an eye injury and the vet managed to convince our very nervous boy to let her treat his eye without sedation, just with kind words.Cannot recommend enough.
