Disabled parking and access also moving pavement escalator for trollies; prams and wheelchairs to other floors. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money

A reasonable size Tesco supermarket selling most grocery and none grocery lines Tesco offer. For those who like it, there is a Greggs bakery concession inside the store

This is a good sized store and always has most things you go in for, however a lot of people including myself like to go to the clothing area upstairs at night time, every night they shut off the escalators so that people can’t shop up there, This puts me off going in as tesco have a good range of clothing and accessories that I like to shop for. What’s the point in having that size store or even have the extra choice of that part of it for you not to be able to go into when you want. I’mnot the only one around here that has the same complaint.

Lady refused to sell 30's of cocodamol forcing me to pay significantly more for 20's of solphadine (20's costing more per tablet)max even though they had several on the shelf, because I can only assume the lady is racist towards white people,I asked her why and she said I choose not to!" What an attitude!

For a Tesco this one is generally poorly stocked and maintained e.g. fruit and veg section is sparse and has been for the 10 years I've used it.Frozen section usually a mess too.

A good store with good stock and good availability and maneuverability around. Plenty of parking available, disabled and parent and child. I'm often going a few times a week for top up shops and often extra things that I pick up while there. Staff are helpful even when the store is busy. Overall nothing negative to really say.

Called in Sunday to wath branch between 2.30 and 3.30 11/06/2023Lovely young lad on self service checkout helped me about 5 times - manually entering codes. Very patient and cheerful especially when nearing end of shift sadly didn’t catch his name ( tall slim build)Lovely store- very clean with well presented staff.Another girl on the shop floor was also very helpful finding an items for me when she was already busy stocking shelves. I think she was called Ellie? as I heard another colleague call her.

Tom who works in the cafe is an absolute credit to Tesco! Always so lovely and cheerful. One day when I was struggling with my 2 kids he rushed over with a menu which I really appreciated. Thank you Tom!
