The Animal Rehab Clinic Ltd

I have been using the Animal Rehab Clinic for nearly two years for my rescue dog, who has elbow dysplasia. The therapists are lovely and my dog is always pleased to see them and loves his regular trips there, despite his initial apprehensions and nerves. They have been great with him!

Following two separate operations on her cruciate ligaments (both rear legs), our chocolate labrador Lexy, had rehabilitation at The Animal Rehab Clinic. The staff were wonderful with her and Lexy looked forward to her visits. We were guided through the process of claiming on our insurance and much of this was done for us. Lexy is now completely recovered but now goes to the clinic for a general swim (fun swim).

I can’t say enough good things about Animal Rehab Clinic to do them justice. I have been bringing my dogs to use the treadmill and pool for nearly 2 years. My 12 year old Labrador has also received physio and comes to ARC for regular acupuncture. The positive difference I have seen in their comfort and wellbeing is just incredible.Every visit to ARC is a pleasure. The dogs adore George and all the staff and it’s obvious the feeling is mutual! Nothing is ever too much trouble, the reception is warm and friendly and every patient is treated as if they are their own pet. The day I stop going to ARC is the day I don’t have a dog - in other words, never.5 stars aren’t enough. If you want the best for your pet, you should be taking them to the Animal Rehab Clinic. Having known George since she worked at Langford, it was so nice to find out that she had opened her own hydro place nearer to home.My spaniel has elbow and hip dysplasia, and the hydro makes such a difference to his quality of life.All the staff are extremely helpful and committed to the care and health of each animal they see.My spaniel loves his visits for his treadmill sessions and it makes such a difference in terms of his lameness.I highly recommend the animal rehab clinic if your animal is having issues.

The ARC offers a fantastic, friendly and first class service in caring for your pet showing compassion and valuable knowledge about your pets needs.Marley my 7 year old retriever needed a cruciate operation but unfortunately, he had to lose weight first the vet recommended hydrotherapy to help him lose weight whilst maintaining the good leg to prevent this from rupturing too.Marley has made excellent recovery with the help of hydrotherapy, laser and acupuncture treatments whilst managing to keep his weight off too.Marley continues to go monthly now to maintain his weight, fitness and strength I can highly recommend George and her team and cannot thank them enough for taking good care and helping Marley.

For over three years we took our Yellow Lab Rolo to the Animal Rehab Clinic for Hydrotherapy, both on the Treadmill and in the Pool, he also had Acupuncture and Physio to help with his Osteoarthritis which along with medication helped him greatly in his older years. Now we have Monty, another Yellow Lab and at 13 Months old he has for the past few months been having a monthly Pool session which has started him off well with his swimming and something that we will continue to do with him. George and the team at ARC are an amazing group of ladies who possess many skills and are fully professional in their approach to helping animals of all ages, sizes and shapes! Highly recommended.

George and her team were excellent for our dog Barla. He positively enjoyed the attention he got and the treats. Has certainly helped him remain mobile in his later years.
