Fix My iFone

Bought my son's phone off him knowing that there was a fault. Took it here and the phone was bent - neither I or my son had noticed. A new housing was ordered and the insides were swapped over within a week. Hate to think how much Apple would have charged for this. Good price and excellent service.

I was recommended this place to repair my samsung tablet screen. I was told that the screen would need to be ordered in and would take 2 days altogether. After a full week, i rang to ask for an update and was told they were still waiting on the screen to be delivered. After 2 weeks, i rang again and was told that they had problems with the screen and that it seems there is a problem with the battery. I explained it was impossible as everything was working fine apart from the screen. She stated that the battery was flat when dropping it off which wasnt the case as the woman serving me went on the tablet to get the model number and i heard her in the background saying she has no memory of it. After 3 weeks in total i finally was able to pick up my tablet after being messed around and made to be a liar and that they had other things to fix so what was meant to be 2 days turned in to weeks and was not prioritised. Never again..... I've had to edit as i can't respond to the reply... 1. I have proof of all phone calls made and the proof of ringing for a price to drop off the day after.. 2. check your cameras. You will see it was turned on and checked. 3. Im giving you an honest review, and your reply shows the lack of customer service. Dont run a business if you can't own up to your mistakes and take criticism so you can see how i am made to be a liar. Poor attitude. Rude to customers and what makes me special? Never said tht. Clearly stating that i was told in the shop that it would take 2 days and was not told anything you have stated in your reply and also you say 1 week turn around? I waited 3 weeks i even rang for an update on the 13th july and it wasnt ready until 3rd of august. Stop lying.

My son’s iPhone 12 fell out of his pocket whilst riding his bike and got smashed up pretty bad. We needed a replacement front and back screen as well as the rear camera. I was worried that the phone had taken too much damage to be repaired (we think it also got ran over by a car as it was found on the road). However they ran a diagnosis and made me aware of any limitations that would come with the repair (Face ID no longer working etc). I got the phone back and was happy with the repair work.

Took my iPad at beginning of week to get smashed screen glass fixed. It was fixed by end of week and the price is not too bad. Recommended

Recently tried a phone repair at Fix My Ifone 3 times and every time it was worse than the time they took it.First time came back glue all over the bezels and within 24h a crack appeared took it back and they refused to do it under warranty. £65Second time we gave them the benefit of the doubt to repair the screen repair. came back with cracks around the camera lenses. £65The third time it came back covered it in glue and the flash was not connected then tried to Teflon again from the issue and then was offended when i got angry.Stay Clear some people don't deserve to be in business and off to the small claims I go.... Attached some photos to show the quality of the repair sunk non flush bezelsUpdate it was thrown out of court due to the fact the contract was with the person who fetched the phone in mere technicality the judge recommended we raise the claim again under daughters name.People don't get angry if they get good service and there's plenty of enough noise to pass opinion.

Popped in 3pm Monday with a swollen battery in my daughters iPhone 6S, within 30 minutes they had repaired the bulge and replaced the battery with only a £30 charge.The customer service was excellent, and I will be returning with any future repairs needed to my apple products.I travelled some way to find a repair shop that could do a while you wait repair, and these are worth the journey!Very professional and priced very competitive.Also worth pointing out they have a huge range of fairly priced accessories for any apple device, even for older phones like mine.

A fantastic service at Fix My iFone. They replaced the battery in my iPhone 7 within 45 minutes. A great price too! Highly recommended. Thank you.Dave
