Have you ever thought to get advisor from Co Op ? If yes then you will be regret it for the rest of your life .You may not believe what kind of Dishonest and unprofessional staffs dealing with your claim.They delay your claim on purpose , you are being seen by dishonest Doctors as well .the service I have received from Co Op legal service it’s like a a black Mail .Co Op legal service has been causing me a massive difficulties and headache , I was involved an accident on 21-07-2019 , still my claim has not been settled.So what will happen to my claim if it’s not be settled in three years ?It’s shame For Co Op legal service, absolutely shame .I am not happy about the report that provided by doctor and Orthopaedic because they have not mentioned in the report all affected area of my body due to accident.I must take Co Op legal service to The Court . .

My experience with Co-op Legal Services has been bad. My family and I hired them to deal with probate for the estate of a relative who passed away. They have been very slow and serious mistakes have been made with the estate accounts.We have complained twice which has only served to slow the process further. Co-op were unable to respond to the first complaint within the time frame they set themselves and since then matters have deteriorated further. We currently await the outcome of a second investigation and have no idea when the estate will be finalised even though all that is left to do is for Co-op to correct their own mistakes.As things stand we have had to ask for a second set of accounts to be prepared as we simply could not trust the first set due to obvious errors that Co-op staff made and failed to spot. Very disappointing.

Would not recommend using this company at all! For some strange reason they withhold inheritance, I received some of mine and no paperwork what so ever there very rude on emails and refuse to tell anyone in the will any information unless your the executor. Nearly 2 years on they still have some of our money and I'm not sure why? Probably so they can rack up some interest of such a large sum of money! Absalute joke of a company

Terrible service. We appointed Co-op Legal services to deal with my late mother’s estate. I so wish we hadn’t! Since our original case worker left, we get no acknowledgment that documents are received, questions are not answered, when emails are sent they don’t copy all parties, you have to chase all the time and there are no regular updates. We paid £4 K for my Mum’s funeral 11 months ago and still haven’t been reimbursed even though she cash available in a bank account.and ISAs, her property’s insurance was cancelled leaving us with no cover and forcing us to use theirs! To say they are going slow and dragging their feet is an understatement! DO NOT use them, you will regret it! Absolutely appalling. The bad handling of Mum’s Will they did for her should have been warning enough! C0ck ups made by their rep were laughable and it all had to be done twice whilst my Mum had terminal cancer. Total rubbish
