Senior gentleman was good and attentive even when he went to help his other colleagues, the store leader was rude abrupt and barely let me get a word in, even tho I had already been explained by there head office and another colleague the same thing. Asked numerous times to look at other plans and options with him and he eventually decided to get someone else to do it whilst he stood doing nothing…..It seemed his attitude rubbed off on his junior colleague as well.

The staff are super helpful, highly professional and friendly.

I didn't have an appointment but was seen really promptly, agent listened to what i wanted and didn't try to sell me something unsuitable. Got a new deal within minutes, I'm getting the same contract at a £35 per month discount! Who could be mad about saving over £400 a year?

Staff are amazing. I had an issue which needed solving, and although it took some time, the staff (Rhys) and manager were very nice and compensated me for my troubles.

Went in to shop as having issues with new Samsung A54 they had supplied to me. I'll admit I'm not a techy and couldn't get the phone to download apps from Google playstore.I left feeling belittled and embarrassed by arrogant Asian female staff member who in no uncertain termsbasically called me thick and without the issue solved.Finally got the issue resolved at Loughborough EE shop and explained my experience at the Gallowtree Gate Leicester shop who said that they knew the said staff member and that she does have an attitude and that they've heard the same from many other people. Won't be using Gallowtree Gate shop again!!

Inexperienced staff. I asked for a subscription for two years and I was handed one for three years, taking me back to change my period, they told me that when I pick up the phone, the two-year contract will change when I get there to pick up the phone I am told that the three year period remains I gave up the phone and now I have to wait another two weeks to go back to the original contract and then make another contract and wait another month until I can pick up the phone

Got the EE SIM card from the airport vending machine and had a lot of issues with it. Approached the store for help, and Sabah was very friendly and helpful, and even linked us to the helpline and explained our plight to the staff. Although the outcome was uneventful, we were very appreciative of Sabah's patience and assistance

First visit today and I found the staff very laid back and not helpful at all. They seem to have time for sitting and chatting . They never gave the time of day to help my mother who is elderly ( the shop wasn’t busy but they was in a rush to go chat with other colleagues!) we asked for some assistance and was given a number to call! I don’t think I will be back here again !

What can I say about Lima and her customer service. She kindly let me charge my phone in store. All the staff were friendly and polite with exceptional knowledge and attention to detail. When I need an upgrade will 100% visit this store!

Lack of customer service in store not organised like other phone providers. After waiting 20 minutes we were sort of greater by the store manager/senior store assistant who was abrupt and had no interest in looking for options for iPhone 13 and 14. When asked for 25g data plan which is what I am on now he disregarded this comment and pushed for the unlimited (maybe for more commission) I think EE needs to teach some of its team in how to deliver face to face customer service.
