Don’t normally leave negative reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion. Called the number on website and when I asked if they were open today the woman said “why what’s the matter”!!?! Needless to say I hung up straight away. Not giving anyone with that sort of attitude my business. There are ways to speak to customers and this is not the way.Customer service at its finest! Pfft

I had my 50th Birthday party and my sons 21st Birthday party decorated by Bubblicous and I cannot praise them enough.The staff are lovely there and extremely helpful.The choice of balloons and decorations are amazing. Debbie and Jade decorated the room for me at no extra cost.I would recommend Bubblicous to everyone if their looking for a party, from start to finish they organised everything.Well done ladies and thank you :)

The end product was actually really good, the person who provided us the balloons was professional & certainly knew their stuff.- although it was a shame the lady who we presume to be the Owner (looking at past reviews below) initially did little to promote the business, instead merely antagonising & being quite rude while explaining how they circumvent Customers' Statutory Rights with a lame rule of only ever giving a 50% refund even if no work or money had been spent on their end.In the end I would recommend Balloons and Treats, but would seriously advise doing a lot of research with them first - ask questions to get the clear facts first.(... & definitely think about waiting until the Owner isn't there before you go in!!!

Complete rip off they overcharged me and my sister for our weddings actually we had stuff taken from our wedding and the women who runs this actually took money from my brother in laws account without permission and now cannot be contacted theft, waste of time, very bad service and don't give her your bank details for them to put a penny in and penny out as they take extra money do not touch this company!!!!! Or the women running it police are informed aswell!!!! They even try saying stuff is damaged when it isn't complete rip offs and don't even decorate your event how u want it go with another company not this one

This shop is terrible, The lady who owns it is rude and obnoxious would not recommend to anyone, very overpriced for nothing but cheap and tacky !!! The service I received was 0 out of 10, shocked that there is still a business to be honest.

Amazing!!This is the second time using her for party decorations and they didnt disappoint!Even though she had lost a member of staff and had family problems too, she still showed amazing professionalism and exceeded my expectations!I would fully recommend this company for all of your party wants and needs!
