Great range of tiles, something for everyone and generally of a higher quality. More expensive than DIY stores but still worth considering, better value for money. Great advice instore, always happy to help.

We bought kitchen tiles at Topps Tiles in Watford. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the selection of tiles was excellent. They are not cheap but they are very good value for money. We visited four tile shops in out search and Topps was the best by far. And when we returned unused tiles after the tiler had completed our job, we got a full refund immediately, as promised.

On both occasions that I've visited the store I've always found the staff so helpful and friendly. I ended up placing an order online for my bathroom tiles and collected in store. The service from start to finish was first class. I'm also delighted with how the tiles look.

The only place in which we found the traditional black and white tiles for the floor.Staff very helpful.If you buy too many boxes, you can also return the spare unopened one which is so useful.Plus...don't forget to try the coffee ;)

Assistant did not let us know that the wrong adhesive was being purchased when we picked up our tiles and adhesive. Lost 4 days and £500 to falling tiles. Luckily falling tiles didn't smash our bath when they fell and broke. I wish the Assistant sales type wasn't the smarming about my personal appearance and tile choice type, and instead cared about people achieving a good result. As apology for selling the wrong adhesive and advising us to get them off and start again with the correct adhesive manager gave 10% off correct adhesive, and mosaic bandage. Probably got comission on extra sale. Hoping I can get the tiles off or its another £400 on tiles. Gutted the assistant didn't assist. Would not recommend if you need help, but ok if you're a professional tiler and know your product specification and product location.
