Entering the building is a tad difficult. The security staff are friendly and professional. Unfortunately I always find the staff lack communication with separate cases and handle my case as if their not up to date.

Couldn't get the advise I needed but, they were good enough to print me a lot of information on the subject.To be able to speak to someone would have been more beneficial though.

After spending 20 minutes on the phone a gentleman answered I asked to make an appointment localy where i live he told me because of the nature in what i needed he offered to give me a number which did not happen it just went to some survey when the survey was finished the number was engaged i got no where

On phone waiting for over half an hour and no answer so hung up. Surely they must have lots of staff to answer calls???

The lady at the reception has been very kind and empathetic she spoke with advisor Steve to see if he could receive me for some advice on some rent increase before the annual renewal of the contract. Steve managed to receive me after a short wait due to him being busy with another client. I find this place very useful and its advisors always try their best to help you out.

Very poor service, they do not answer the phone, Having excuses that there is shortage of volunteers, advice is rather general, nothing precise, always saying check on the internet, big disappointment and waste of time as they are unhelpful

I was actually visiting another business in the building and not citizens advice bureau on this particular day but the cab did assist me with some complicated government form filling out several weeks ago and they are very helpful at this location
