Excellent all round service. Extremely helpful staff who sourced a suitable remnant and arranged fitting. I intimated that I was happy to accommodate a cancellation if an earlier date was available and received call this morning. Carpet fitted by lunchtime - a week early, by friendly fitter. No hesitation in recommending highly!

From a fairly small and slightly tatty frontage, you enter a cavernous shop, bright and quite well layed out.We were after a specific type and style of flooring, to match existing. Graham (the manager) bent over backwards to try to find something suitable. He succeeded, and went on to take our order, conditional on being able to get the flooring from their supplier. Again, success, and delivery was made on the date and time arranged.All pretty hassle-free!

I've been using Supaflors for over 20 years and every time they've fitted a carpet for me (more than 10 times) they have been super helpful, polite and professional. I like that they employ their own carpet fitters too - as opposed to outsourcing fitting to the cheapest supplier. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, the carpet that came was initially the wrong colour but they said that they would sort it out. We are now very happy. Would definitely recommend to other people.

After going to 3 other carpet stores I stumbled into their Wallington branch and was met by Joe who was brilliant! Asked all the right questions to understand what i needed and offered solutions which ultimately saved me money where the 3 previous ‘big’ reputable companies didnt! I also had the pleasure in dealing with Graham at the tooting branch who was just as helpful throughout the process! The other plus side is they have their own fitters so I had no issues on both days with any surprises you find with 3rd party fitters, they came and they were extremely friendly and professional and more importantly done a top job! ‘Supahappy’ with my carpets and would definitely recommend you to make contact and see if they can help you as much as they did us! Thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work in all aspects!

Highly recommended. Don't be put off by their ugly shop front. We got a very professional service, at a very good price. We only tried them because another fancier looking shop messed us about - and wanted to charge £850 for a job that Supaflors charged £450 for! Also, Supaflors didn't try to sneak in all of those last minute extra charges that carpet shops are infamous for. As an added bonus, they always turned up on time.

We moved to Tooting 3 months ago and began the renovation of our house by putting new carpet into all the bedrooms. Supaflors were AWESOME in helping us find and fit the right one - letting us take samples home so we could see a wide selection in the light across the day and night, and make our choice, plus allowing us to store the carpet for all our rooms in their warehouse, but lay them one by one, as we got each room painted. They’re also thoroughly reasonably priced and just great people (especially Graham!). We couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them for any other flooring needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family have been using Supaflors for ages. It's straight forward. Graham and the team will advise you on what you need, how much it will cost and when they can do it. That's all you really need. And that's why we keep going back.

Used before and didn't hesitate to use again. Fantastic service and knowledge of products. Just had the upstairs and stairs carpeted to a high standard. Very happy with result and cost. Highly recommend.
