Mole Country Stores - Salisbury

Good selection of products and reasonably priced. Quite a few issues encountered on both visits here though:1. Hit and miss service from the team - I get you’re busy but a bit of decent customer service wouldn’t go a miss. This was the case with 3 members of the team we engaged with on both trips.2. No COVID safe point on entry to the store. No hand sanitiser throughout the store and screens at the tills that you can’t hear the staff.3. Prices don’t match the website. Some Items we purchased were around 20-40% higher than the online price - apparently the Mole Valley website isn’t comparable to in-store prices & according to the staff members we spoke to “the website isn’t very good with things like this”.

Really good store, plenty of choice in clothes, gardening bits, pets food and treats and much more. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

I loved the gifts and clothing, also a great selection of toys and foods for pets.

Yet again Salisbury Branch is short staffed, under stocked\out of stock and staff have a very poor attitude towards the customer.The manager or upper management need to sort these issues out.

Great place for all your outdoor requirements, especially horse bedding and feed.

Shop is oke we could not find the waxcoat we were looking for. Not interested in thecrest of the other articles

Every time i go to this store, I try to avoid one particular man on the tills as he is rude and condescending….today I got stuck with him and he was no different!Disgusting customer service manor, claiming I had to pay £165 for an item that was clearly signed at £136. He said ‘I make it a different price, so that will be £165’…After a back and forth conversation, he sorted out the price but not without taking another stab at me by saying ‘you’ve clearly never been in this store before’.I’m pretty sure his name was Joseph or something similar (70250 on the receipt), old fella, white hair….known to the other staff as a condescending ****, as this was confirmed when I asked the VERY helpful other guy who helped me with my item to the car….if he is always like that. To which he replied yes. I mentioned to the other member of staff that something needs to be done about him as I was very close to telling him where to shove the item that I was trying to purchase.Moles….you need to sort this individual out, his attitude is appalling!Terminal: RS2258T01Date: 11/09/23Time: 14.09Employee: 70250
