I was extremely happy with the service I received from Ivona, she ensured I was entirely happy with all the dimensions and the type of worktop I needed to match an island. An excellent service backed by competitive pricing; new black granite kitchen worktop looks brilliant, with Robert & Rafa delivering a thoroughly professional job including returning to the workshop to refine a section of upstand without any prompting from me, returning the same day to complete the job. Isn't it nice when such a caring approach is taken?

I was priced to supply two pieces of granite tops. It was priced on Monday and I called on Wednesday to confirmed it but I was advised by the extremely rude women (Ivona) that on Tuesday the material has been sold to someone else. She even tried to blame me for not calling earlier...Be aware that company is not professional, not reliable and women providing service over the phone with the attitude of total rudeness!

We went with a beautiful quartz from Horizon Stone for our kitchen and it looks absolutely fantastic. Better than we expected. Granite World managed to deliver the L-shaped countertop in one piece, there's no cut! And we got the same nice stone on a bathroom sill, no extra price because it's the same piece of quartz. Super happy. Evelyn was responsive and great to deal with.
