Don’t think they are legit you can speak to anyone and they leave a voice message to phone back later. No delivery but the app says I received goods 2 hours ago. I have reported to my bank as suspicious and possible scam

Excellent mask. Made in Bristol too! I can get a good fit by twisting the ear loops once and it also fits my husband who has a longer face and has difficulty finding a mask to fit. Useful slip of paper with instructions. Thanks.

Ordered on the 2nd of January got email to say they had been sent on 4th January but masks have never arrived. I have emailed both customer services and the sales team neither have responded to me and still no masks totally disgusted with the lack of communication from this company. I know items do get lost in the post but an acknowledgement from the company to my emails would at least be a start to trying to sort the issues out.

Masks arrived very quickly. Good secure fit even for my wife who wears spectacles. So pleased that these are BRITISH made, unlike the NHS issued Covid rapid antigen test kits which are all made in China.

customer service is awful, only available once via email weekday in the morning and not even pay attention to what i wrote. took more than a week to arrive, bought 10 but they sent 1 only and is a wrong item, ask for a refund but they ignore my request and insist to sent it out even i said i wont be available at the address, now dont know where the parcel is and i havnt got my money back. so i paid nearly hundred quid for just a box of mask i didnt even order, AWFUL!!!!!!!the quality is getting worse, you will find many defective masks in one box, some without ear loop, some without nose strip, some staple two mask together... and claim they are best is the market?!
