Went. Into shop today ( on a Sunday) For gun mounts , guys was so helpful did not have ones I needed in stock. But did have adaptor For gun rail , wouldn't let me leave until they sorted , top blokes , top shop , great customer service , thanks a lot fellas

We go here every year for are guns co2 and anything else we need the shop has an amazing selection and very helpful friendly staffWe also go there for any repairs and any problems they are always welcoming and helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone who I know and anyone looking for anything gun related I personally would not go anywhere else and we live in CambridgeBest shop ever

My husband bought an air pistol online..Got it 2 days later. Had some issues with it so rang Pownalls who suggested posting it back to them and they would send a replacement free of charge.Recieved it 2 days later. Excellent service.Will order from them again.

I can not thank all of the staff enough, I am fighting cancer, and I fell in love with a gun on their website, and the price was perfect, But I am 143 miles away from their shop, But, after talking to the great polite staff on the phone, they arranged to deliver two rifles, (1 for me & 1 for my wife) for £19.99, the gentleman that delivered them, was very polite and helpful. I will be buying from them again very soon.
