Allen Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking - Milton Keynes

I attended a stop smoking course here on 7th January 2018 and I haven't touched a cigarette since. I did have some withdrawal pangs but because they'd been explained, I wasn't scared of them and I knew how to deal with them. The course is fun and informative and you are encouraged to smoke throughout the day, so don't panic. I would highly recommend. It's five stars from me!

I don't normally do reviews but, I will review this. I smoked for 28 years and believed I always would. Giving up was just too hard and smoking was a part of my very fabric and I couldn't imagine my life without cigarettes. Walking in to this clinic September 2017 was my last ditch attempt - with health problems on the horizon and feeling miserable smoking and miserable when not smoking - this was it. Stop or admit defeat and smoke forever. I stopped. I even smiled once when I had a teeny withdrawal pang at one point. I kid you not - I smiled. I'm a calmer person now. Sometimes I think it's magic and it is...magic wrapped up in logic and common sense. My husband thinks I've been brainwashed.
