Appauling Check out service as it is non existent if you want service and not self service. Every visit is the same. Usually 4 I m here to help staff numbers chatting in self service areas and naybe 1 or 2 check out staff with endless queues. Not an ideal situation and no one seems bothered if you mention it

Click and collect shop. Didn't realise but you can click the I'm on my way app when you leave home and apparently it tracks you rocking up. I done this as I arrived, staff was friendly just had a 20min wait after clicking I'm here. Wasn't busy, only me waiting. All items were in stock

Unfortunately shopping at this store just wasted my time. It had absolutely nothing, I could barely find four items out of my weekly shopping list. I usually shop at the Whitehouse store but the Stoke Park one was a huge disappointment. Never again..

Have used numerous supermarkets in London and Ipswich (Aldi, Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose) and Asda Stoke Park has got to be the worst stocked supermarket ever!Plus the shelf stickers need to go to Specsavers!

Average Asda, you can find most things. The positive really is the staff at the desks for tobacco and those who work the tills. Other floor staff not brilliant and managers don't engage with customers when on the shop floor. Having worked for a supermarket, they need to improve at the top

Not particularly great again today!! But thought as was at Doctor's next door I'd pop in.The only good thing is their fresh milk does have long dates on.But this place seriously needs a clean/tidy up!
