One of the best GP practices I've used. Friendly and helpful reception, prompt appointments (telephone or otherwise). I've been well looked after here. Highly recommended.

Poorly run surgery that employed a receptionist who I believe deliberately refused to give me access to my doctor (over several days as the system was down" until lifeline managed to instantly secure an appointment when calling on my behalf) and prevented me getting my medication due to her own bias

They're far too busy like most other key services in N.I. Staff are far from the most responsive. This isn't helped by the lack of investment in service features like text messaging for appointment updates.

Super surgery. Totally trust these doctors. They’ve looked after all my family - grandparents down to my own children. Nightmare getting through in the morning from 8.30am though - you just have to continually redial each time the phone is engaged. Hard to get parked at times. Overall, the experience, thoroughness and kindness of these doctors is worth the phone issue. And Lyn, she’s super too and has looked after all of us for umpteen years.
