After trying to get an electrician for many weeks and being let down several times, TL electrics came to the rescue!Over two days, Terry and Harry carried out many electrical jobs in my house including re-siting and adding sockets, new smoke alarms, kitchen ceiling downlights, removal of old house alarm and fitting a new fuse board etc.. They were very professional, helpful and did a really good job. And importantly, they were very reliable in sticking to the agreed dates for carrying out the work.Thank you TL electrics, I would definitely recommend your company.

Excellent service from Terry. Turned up exactly when he said he would; did a fantastic job replacing the consumer unit, checking our wiring and installing additional sockets and lights; kept me informed throughout the day; did a great job tidying up afterwards and charged exactly as quoted. The work done was great, I'm really happy and would gladly use again.

Came quickly. Disconnected my outside light & took it down also put me a new pull switch for the light in bathroom. Excellent service & will use them again. Thank you very much to the team.

Initial contact with TL Electrical was an urgent call out to resolve a main fuse board trip , repeatedly tripping, which I couldn't resolve myself so we had no power.Searched online & opted for local company whose website was attractive & informative.Terry responded quickly; soon identified the problem (water ingress behind a plug socket in kitchen), & provided a short term 'fix'. A follow-up appointment was arranged for few days later, and that was undertaken as scheduled.As satisfied with that first response, my wife & I asked Terry's advice for a couple of other issues: 1. Benefits of a 'Drimaster', & 2. Installation of several new power points in cellar.Agreed to commission those installations from TL Elecrical, and appointment scheduled. for when Terry could be assured of receiving the products.That was promptly confirmed by Jodie in their office.Terry & one colleague - Brendan - arrived for that appointment.On time and equipped with what was required.Walk-through of pertinent areas of house to clarify order & scope of work involved, and set up.Estimate of time required provided to us.They worked efficiently & diligently, respectful of the potential impact on our home for the duration.Professional and friendly.All work completed in timescale expected; all packaging materials etc removed as necessary; all tools & equipment removed; & all work areas left reasonably clean & tidy.Checked we were satisfied with work undertaken, and left us with instruction manual for Drimaster.Would definitely use TL Electrical again - both for call-outs or new installations. And do certainly recommend them.Email follow-up and invoice received from Jodie that same evening.Payment by bank transfer straightforward.

Terry did an excellent job replacing my fuse board and installing new sockets did a very neat job and cleared up afterwards. Considering my house is old and has black lime in the walls I was amazed at how little disruption was caused.I highly recommend Terry for his work, punctually and helpfulness, it’s a pleasure to have a workman in my house with such a pleasant and professional attitude.

Called for a quote for a small electrical job (connecting some motorised blinds to the power supply). Quoted over the phone after sending some pictures, and booked to attend the same week. Terry and the other electrician with him were polite, friendly, (very) clean and tidy and went through the work before starting to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They even fixed an additional minor job left from some work we had done with a different company for no extra charge. Recommend 100% and will use again next time i have a need for electrical work. I needed a full rewire on a house I had bought. Terry and his team were fab! They were punctual, professional, polite and very helpful. All my questions were answered, nothing was too much trouble. New consumer unit fitted excellent work very tidy and professional. Arrived on time and when they said they would. Fully checked safety of electrics before starting will definitely use again if required.
