Mark came and gave us excellent advice on what we needed and installed it promptly. We had two AC units installed and the installation was quick, neat and tidy. Options were clearly explained and we are very pleased with the work. Just need to wait for the hot weather - working from home when it was hot last year was uncomfortable but that shouldn't be a problem now

We've been really impressed with the quality of care and effort undertaken by Mark, John, Jack and Andreas at CoolHeat. Mark took the time to undertake a site survey before quoting, and also presented us with the most competitive quote. They've installed a four port multi-split Daikin unit with four wall-mounted units from the Daikin Stylish range, and we couldn't be happier. The disruption was minimal, with the vast majority of the work being undertaken outside. The team treated the house as if it were their own, carefully considering the location and routing of the ducting to make the job look as neat and tidy as possible. The few follow up questions we've had have been answered promptly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend CoolHeat to anyone looking for a way to renewably heat and cool their property with minimum fuss and with great results.

A first class commercial installation for our agency, and within working hours too. We've re fitted two large Daikin units, plus - with the ongoing threat of Covid, we wanted to offer our staff a working environment that guaranteed clean, filtered, replacement fresh air - so the guys at Coolheat recommended a VAM/Fresh air unit. We're extremely happy with both systems. The installation went smoothly and quietly (...as quietly as physically possible), no fuss, no mess, and a very neat end install. Good work guys! My family and I have had several air con units fitted by Mark and his team over the years.We’ve always received excellent service from our initial enquiry right through to installation and the aftercare.Mark always does a thorough assessment of the job to ensure your unit is fit for purpose in terms of power, aesthetics and practicality. He also has a great knowledge of the different products available. For example when assessing the unit for our lounge Mark knew of a unit that would perfectly compliment the unusual wall paper we have, he also took into account the size of the room and the power needed to cool that space to ensure all of our needs were met, not just the look of it. He also advised on the different trunking options available so we could choose how we wanted it to look. On the days of installation Mark and his team always arrive on time, strictly adhering to COVID safety measures and work hard (practically non stop!) to fit the unit, cleaning up as they go and checking with us on the positioning of the units and fittings to make sure we are 100% happy with everything, which we always have been.They are always very professional and polite. Nothing is too much trouble.Mark is always just a phone call away if we have any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coolheat Services and their excellent service.

Done a fantastic job installing 2x Daikin air conditioning units down at one of our new graphics installation sites. Competitively priced, fast turnaround, professional service and top quality finish. Mark held our hand through the whole process advising on what units we required on the site to sufficiently heat/cool the area and clearly he got it right.We've been using Coolheat for a fair few years now to serivce all of our main office units also, you can really tell they know their stuff and always do the job right. I have contracted Mark and John previously for an install at my business premises. This time, I contracted for A/C Installation at my home.They were around within a couple of days to quote the job and turned around the quote within the day. Due to their high quality, they are booked up in advance. Fortunately I work from home so was able to take any time they had spare so they were able to fit me in within a week.Nina was great managing comms and timings from HQ.Quality of the installation was awesome. Everything was installed exactly how and where it was planned.So now we are ready for the 3 weeks of summer heat :-)Anything to keep the missus happy keeps me out of the dog house so thanks for that Mark & John. :-)

We wish to express our praise & thanks to Mark, John & their Office Staff for the Professional, Confident installation of air conditioning in our home.We have had 8 companies survey our home for the works, and this was the only company to listen & take onboard what we wanted including where & how we wanted the pipes run.Mark provided the quotation within 2 days, (the cost was very competitive, or put another way much cheaper than all others, although some companies did not even bother to tender for the works). We accepted the quote for 5 reasons, Mark knew what he was talking about & we felt that he could carry out the works in his sleep, the quote came to me within the time frame he stated, he provided us with options on what we could and could not have done, & of course, the costs.The works were arranged quickly as they stated on site, within 8 working days of their survey and completed in 3 days as scheduled. Mark & John turned up on time. It was a pleasure having them around, no mess, they were considerate & polite. They even agreed with us the exact placing of the units etc so as to insure we had exactly what we wanted.We would have no hesitation on using them again.

This review is for work carried out recently to install a complete Air source heat pump (air conditioning) system to reduce my heating bills as my house is purely electric and from Mark's initial visit, to the completed installation, I could not be happier. Everything was discussed in detail and I was kept up to date with the progress, even down to myself and Mark discussing the relocation of a curtain pole bracket so the indoor unit could be mounted centrally. Mark and his team showed attention to detail as well as an in-depth knowledge of how these systems work. Before they left, they went through the operation of the system and made sure I was happy, the house was left clean and tidy and after four days of install, I was left with a high end, cheap to run heating system that will also cool / dehumidify the house when summer comes. An absolute top class job and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

John, Mark and their team installed heating/air con units at our property last week and we couldn't be happier. We had booked in with them a good few months prior to installation and throughout, John was really helpful. They really listened to what we wanted and delivered.
