Turned up the minute they said they would, Chris the fitter was fantastic, very friendly and explained various things to me about the fitment and operation of the tow bar. Car put back together perfectly well, a really neat and tidy job. Very competitively priced too! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks guys!

They fitted a towbar and electric's to my 2017 kia sportage GT on the 14/10/2022 which was perfect no problems . I discovered water getting into the electrical socket on the 14/03/2023 and corroded it, so i got in touch with Jason who sent someone out and fitted a new one. The service was excellent and i could not fault them . I've since had to alter the bracket and move the socket out from under the bumper which was causing the water ingress.

Very helpful and sorted my issue immediately as we were traveling the following day. My son also used them to home a complete tow bar assembly and again faultless service .thanks

I used northeast towbar to fit a towbar on my car. The guy who came took 2 hours to find the electrics. After help and finally finding them, he then took an hour and a few phone calls to connect it. After he finally let i started my car and the dash was ike a Christmas tree. I then had to take it to a local garage as when I rang northeast towbar bar they wouldn't come out a solve the problem they had caused! The guy had obviously had no idea and to this day my car has electric problems ever since these guys touched it. Please bear in mine my car is only 2 year old. We found it very unprofessional that they wouldn't fix there problem. Absolute boch job! Would never use again!

Excellent service with helpful and courteous staff. The towbar for my vehicle was not in stock, but they committed to calling me back when it was available at the manufacturer. This they did and I was booked in within 24 hrs.The fitting took under 2 hours and the for and finish were excellent.Very happy.

Northeast Towbars Fitted a Detachable Towbar & 13 Pin Electrics to my Audi A5 Sportback, once I remove the neck and fold the electrics away, you can't even tell its got a Towbar, He arrived at my home at the time stated, He was very Professional, Very well mannered, He took a lot of Care with my car, I am Very happy with the job he did and at a very good price, I would not hesitate in recommending Northeast Towbars.They not only fit towbars, they also fit Headunits, work lights etc, and they also fit alarms & immobilisers (which we discussed and I am having an alarm/imobiliser fitted very soon).Thank you for an excellent job.

Justin came out to my place of work to fit my towbar. I gave him my key and left him to it. He got on and fitted the towbar with no fuss. Once he was finished he gave me a demo of how to fix and detatch the tow ball. Very professional service and alround nice guy highly recommend him.
