Brilliant place, I'm so happy, anything I wanted to change they have drawers full of spares, got loads of additional equipment, a free pump and as many reflectors as I wished. They also helped me with a squeak (which I now know that I caused taking the wheel off) and sent me on my merry way. I love my bike and I have so much freedom!

The best place to repair bicycles in Edinburgh, variety of new and second-hand components, you can fix your bicycles by renting the workshop and its tools and the workers are very nice, they always help you with a smile. I recommend this place to everyone.

I honestly couldn’t recommend them more! These days in Edinburgh most bike shops are busy and would rather charge you £30 for a new part than spend their time to fix yours for less. In all my years living in Edinburgh, none have felt so welcoming; like they honestly want to give you their time to help solve your problems and save you money.I came in here to ask for advice on my bike during the ‘fix your own bike hours’ and they gave me hours of their time and expertise to get my bike into the best shape it’s ever been. Replaced both my wheel bearings, setup my brakes, tried my wheels, and cached my gears for only £19 not to mention the value of the advice they gave me.This was a heartwarming experience and I think I’ll only recommend people go here to get their bike sorted from now on. Everyone else pales in comparison to their outstanding customer service! Thank you!

After a small issue with a replacement cassette, Gordon went above and beyond to get my entire gearing system working perfectly, changing out the cables and the derailleur, without charging me additional labour costs. My bike now shifts beautifully.I also appreciate that he also took the time to fix-up a few other tiny issues with missing screws and fixings that might have gone unnoticed - particularly after my previous experience with a different bike shop charging an arm and a leg to replace a small, generic bar-end cap!Their standard labour costs are also transparent and very reasonable

I dropped in for the fix your own bike sessions when giving my bike a bit of an overhaul recently. It's such a great space to use and the staff/volunteers couldn't have been more friendly/helpful.They were more than happy to assist me working through each job and also passed on great advice/tips. It's brilliant that you get access to their tools too as I certainly need a few that otherwise would have been expensive to buy.Finally I think it's great value and I can't recommend the service highly enough.

Picked up a refurbished bike today after recommendations from friends. A bargain and exactly what I was looking for. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
