Lovely theatre, adequate leg room for an old building. In terms of access for disabled people, I found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Theirs a lift to the upper balcony but a few steps to reach the top. Big, clean disabled loo.Good area to leave your wheelie walker.

Had a lovely time with my daughter watching Heathers". The theatre is almost exactly how I remember it from my last visit 24 years ago. There are toilets and bars on all 3 floors. A glass lift in the middle of the foyer makes all the difference for those of us who might struggle with stairs. The seating up in the gods is a little snug and the view for this show was quite restricted however the performance ( which let's face it

We seen Peter pan goes wrong, brilliant show that the whole family enjoyed. The theatre its self was lovely and full of charm and character. Would definitely recommend

The show Fairytale in New York was enjoyable just a pity the sound was too loud and it distorted the speech and singing of the artist. The dancing was excellent .I thought it was because we sat on the 5th level but the row behind us never came back after the interval.Such a shame.

Went to see Blood Brothers and loved it. I've never really been a fan of musicals but this was so good with some really standout performances (The actors playing Mrs Johnstone and the Narrator in particular). The theatre itself is a real beauty. It's old so you have to forgive its shortcomings such as the slightly uncomfortable seats. Staff were all lovely. Highly recommended for a good night out.

We saw the philharmonic Orchestra and it was excellent. The sound of the music filled the auditorium perfectly. The building is modern and clean. The seating is a bit close together but still comfortable. Snacks are available. Just outside the theatre are many good restaurants, shops and a mall. Great location. Highly recommend.

I came to see the rocky horror show on Wednesday 23rd, we were sat on Row B, seats 29, 30 & 31, we chose these seats, so we could be close to the stage and have a good view.We required an end seat, due to a member of the party, having mobility issues. We were very disappointed with these seats, as we were unable to see the full stage, as the curtain wasn't fully open and we were unable to see the cast coming into the stage and parts of the show. The gentleman in front of us and myself, complained to the steward and asked if they could move the curtain further across, so that we could see the rest of the stage and the scenes. The stewardess, didn't seem to be bothered about our complaint or interested in fully addressing this, said that the curtain was that way, as this is how the production team wanted this, she said that they could move us to a different seat, it wasn't convenient for us to move, due to needing an end seat and when we asked where she could or would move us to, she couldn't tell me, where she could move us to or if we were even going to be able to sit together. She advised she would let her manager know, but this was all that was said. There was nowhere online when we booked the tickets (in October 2022) saying that the seats were restricted viewing, we paid full price and weren't able to see the full show.I am very disappointed with my whole experience.
