I booked my classic hybrid bike and i was very impressed of the service. Two lads staff are very attentive and hard working. This is why i'd rather go to small shops like this because you sure you will be looked after and worked very professional indeed. I've been in this shop couple of times and i shall say it is highly recommended.

Massively unhelpful and rude service. Took my bike in for a gold service however they did a very lazy job, the first day out on the trails the day after paying £50 for a service the rear tyre blew, the seat was not secured properly and the handle bars weren’t even. Biggest waste of £50 I’ve ever spent and they didn’t even try to sell me a new tyre or even suggest it when there was a problem with the tyre when I came in to collect my bike.

Really disappointed to take my wheel in for spoke repair to be told I need to buy my own and come back. What sort of bike repair shop is this? Friendly staff but a weird way of working.

Great little shop. Very knowledgeable and pleasant and very competitive pricing. If you're after something that's not in stock 99% it can be ordered in. Not a bunch of money grabbers like some if something is not worth while spending money on they will let you know. A great little local bike shop please support them.

Found this gem of a shop today after getting a puncture, I had a spare tube, but no pump. Fixed it in the shop, with aid of some tips and used their stand pump. Wouldn't accept any payment, though they saved me a long walk home. Top service
