Anglian Energy Solutions ('AES')

Anglian Energy Solutions are fantastic! We have been a customer of theirs three times now and every time they have exceeded our expectations. Initially, we wanted to install a heat pump central heating system, but we already had a thermodynamic water heater and solar panels. The Anglian team worked out the best solution and combined what we had with what we wanted and expertly installed and fitted everything. Best of all we saved lots of money and no disruption. Later on, just before winter, we had foam spray loft insulation. It took only half a day and the difference it made over winter was astounding. Again, the Anglian team worked out everything first and then were in and out, just like that. As we've already got solar panels, we decided it was time to get battery storage, so that we can use the electricity in the evening too. Anglian had the perfect system for us. We didn't need to look any further. We can't wait for the installation day. We honestly can't thank Anglian Energy Solutions enough for the most complete, kindest, helpful, friendly and cost effective service and support. Very highly recommended.

AES just fitted a Daikin high temperature heat pump to replace our oil boiler and organised solar panels. Great to work with throughout from salesman though office team and very considerate installation team.Solar panels sub contracted but so good team to have around.Seemed to give sensible advice throughout and not pushy.Early days so will report back if heat pump is up to the job6 months later, still pleased with heat pump and Pv panels. Pv providing most of water heating,will know comparative costs for whole year of heating compared to oil.

Excellent from start to finish. 12 panels and battery installed with no problems. Recommended to me by a family friend who had a similar good experience. Competitive pricing, friendly customer service from the admin team and installers. The installers walked me through the system once up and running and answered all my questions. They were polite and tidy. All the paperwork completed by AES all you have to do is register with your supplier. Currently cut bills by up-to two thirds in Dec/Jan.

Great fitting service that got everything working well

Received an unsolicited call from this company about a week ago; despite the fact that I am ex-directory and registered with the TPS (making their call illegal).Whilst I would normally advise such a caller of their error, I have actually bee considering the possibility of switching from oil heating to an Air source system. So I agreed that one of their representatives could visit to discuss and give a quote.Today (03/02/2020) the man who would visit phoned, not having bothered to read the notes properly in the first place (or the notes were wrong - either way it isn't inspiring) and started talking to me about loft insulation (which I had already told the previous caller was already up to the latest specs... having had it done free of charge by an energy supplier).I explained to the caller that it wasn't a good start and was probably enough to put me off the company, due to lack of customer focus. He didn't apologise and simply hung-up.This rather confirmed the view that I was unfortunately now getting of a commission based, high volume, cold calling business, rather than the local customer focused business I had hoped I might be speaking to.I will now contact another company and spend my money with them.

Despite acknowledging that they have done work on an elderly relative's solar panel system (and were quite happy to take his cash), they are refusing to make a simple amendment on his MCS Certificate - even though the original installer is no longer trading and he doesn't have anyone else to turn to.It would be a simple 5 minute job for Anglian Energy Solutions to amend the meter serial number, but they have flatly refused, so now my uncle-in-law is unable to get any more FIT payments.

I have recently approached Anglian Energy Solutions to install central heating management systems and they were really fantastic. Their technician – Abdul was professional and very knowledgeable about the products. I am satisfied with his service. Would highly recommend!

I just received an unsollicited call on behalf of Anglian Energy Solutions from 'Home solutions'. So, yes, I guess it is still going on..

Just had a representative call re solar panels. Very unprofessional. Did not see reason to provide any written information, gave me a price without any survey or discussion on usage. Virtually take it or leave it.This type of approach will give the industry a poor reputation.
