Title: Disappointing Dining ExperienceReview:My recent visit to this restaurant left me feeling thoroughly disappointed and unwelcomed. Despite the restaurant's appealing design, my overall experience was marred by several significant issues.From the moment we arrived, we were informed that we needed to vacate our table by 8 PM, even before we had the chance to place our orders. This initial rush set a negative tone for the evening, as the waitstaff seemed more focused on turning tables than ensuring a pleasant dining experience.Throughout our meal, the waiters were in a hurry to collect our plates, often whisking them away before we had finished. This constant disruption disrupted the flow of our dinner and added to our growing discomfort.The quality of the food was a major letdown. It was excessively oily and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, my salad arrived with brown, wilted lettuce, which was not only unappetizing but also a clear indication of a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen.Adding to the discomfort was the poor air circulation within the restaurant. The atmosphere felt stuffy and made it difficult to enjoy our meal comfortably.One of the most frustrating aspects of this experience was the high prices we encountered. For the quality of food and service provided, the prices were exorbitant and simply unjustifiable.It's truly disappointing that a restaurant with such an attractive design could offer such a lackluster dining experience. While the ambiance may have been inviting, it failed to compensate for the subpar food, rushed service, and uncomfortable dining conditions. I left this establishment feeling unsatisfied and with no desire to return.Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to its poor value for money and the significant improvements needed in both food quality and customer service. It's a regrettable situation when aesthetics overshadow the essence of a truly enjoyable dining experience.

Had a lovely time, food was so good and live music was on point. Was really busy so it was hard to get attention from staff but all were very nice. Definitely will be coming again

The atmosphere is great, and the cocktails are excellent. The service is good too. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. I tried a few dishes, but I didn't like any of them.

A lovely charming place with great atmosphere. I had dinner here on Friday night, lots of good vegan options and service was amazing. It's really beautiful inside and they have seating on 2 levels.Live music was playing Friday evening and the band took music requests. Will certainly be back for more, when I'm back in Coventry.

Atmosphere, cocktails, dessert and service was 10/10. Food didn’t really meet the standards. We had the halloumi on stick and chicken on stick which looks amazing. Presentation 10/10 but taste was not up to standards for the price paid.

Last minute turned up with 11 people....On a Tuesday evening. The team were super accommodating and were great. I have to say that the decor and environment were pretty good and you could have been anywhere in the world (although in this instance Coventry). Food was good, colleagues were good and I'd definitely visit again

The setting is very nicely done. It's quite airy and with character. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere when we went on a Wednesday was quiet and lovely. Unfortunately the food is just plain. Is not bad but is not wow either. We didn't have any cocktails from the bar so I don't know what to say. Party of 8.

Food and cocktails are fantastic. The service, leaves a lot to be desired.Took a few minutes to even get somebody's attention at the entrance to seat us for a meal.Cocktails came as did a jug of tap water, we had to ask multiple staff members for glasses for the water, each one would say yes then not return.When our food came we wanted to order a couple more drinks (we'd had one so far) and again it's impossible to get the attention of the wait staff - they either were more interested in their phones or just blankly ran past, at no point did anyone ask how our food was or take another drink order (25 mins or so - even going to the till and waiting to be served there!). When they finally serve you they are very pleasant, but actually getting service is a struggle.Wouldn't recommend/won't be returning.

It was quite expensive for sunday lunch. It tasted good, but there was too much salt on the potatoes. £52 for sunday lunch, just a main and 2 cokes, is rather expensive. Service was slow on entering. We waited ages to be seated, even though it wasn't busy. For some reason, even though it was empty, they had a tendancy to sit people next to each other when they didn't need to. We moved tables after being seated, as did another group. Food was tasty, decor nice although could do with a good clean especially in the toilets. Few tweaks it could be a brilliant place.

The restaurant is beautiful.Food was nice but I really do not recommend the onion petals.The squid was very nice with the sauce and the mains were fantastic
