Keep a wide berth from this place. The old guy who hangs around in there is the ruler. You can't have a constructive conversation with the staff. If he hears your conversation and you happen to know something about what you're talking about, he will but in and talk or even shout over you. His attitude is belittling and demeaning, the staff are scared to death of him.I wouldn't think for one minute you would get a smooth ride with a warranty claim.There's no respect shown in this establishment. You're call its you're money

Visited FISCO for the first time today to obtain some parts for my Hayter lawnmower. I called in the morning to check if they had the items and was informed they would. Visited a few hours later, spoken to by a staff member with a Hayter branded top, he asked if l had called earlier, and then stated the items were by the till ready for me to collect. Outstanding service provided, spoke to other staff who advised on various things and the was completely satisfied. Will recommend and return as and when necessary, thank you. It costs nothing to provide good customer focused support and win a new customer for the future.

I ordered a part to be delivered to my home address, as im a really busy contractor. The part was delivered to the shop so they brought it to my address thankyou so much

Fantastic staff, first class all round. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re always on hand to offer any advice on products or general information you may need. I can’t say enough really.

Service is second to none. I am not sure if everyone should expect the level of service we received. We got to the shop just before closing time when the shop was on reduced hours due to Covid-19. The team were rushed off their feet and even though we were not being served we were not ignored and kept informed. We wanted to see Oliver who was extremely helpful.The mower we wanted was not available, so Oliver took our address and delivered it to us.

Excellent service from Oliver and his very knowledgeable staff. Today bought a Cobra 4 speed self propelled mower. Machine set up with oils and petrol, nothing too much trouble. I have bought various items from FISCO - log splitter, chain saws etc. Very lucky to have such an excellent business locally.

First ever visit when trawling on line for a new lawnmower (My current one is aged and knackered, a bit like me.) Having spoken to a staff member who got a Salesman (Ryan) to call me back. After explaining what I was looking for, I was given good advice and arranged to Visit, which I did. Ryan was engaged with another customer I was dealt with by another Salesman. Excellent manner, knowledgeable and very helpful with advice and other information. Yes, I bought a new mower featuring all that I required. Yes, a bit more than I anticipated spending and Yes left very happy with my purchase. Proof of the pudding, well that will come when I have used it several times and see what results I get. Now it's a waiting game and watch this space.
