Undertook drainage CCTV. Reports returned were of poor quality, hand scribbled across multiple pages. They identified faults for which I asked for a quote. I chased three times and got no response in return. I would avoid and use another engineer - Dyno perhaps?

Requested Drain cctv. Firstly they got the wrong address which delayed things a little. They did drain cctv satisfactorily. They advised repairs/work. I phoned 5 or 6 times and emailed to say yes please give me a quote and its urgent. Response was NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. No one ever got back to me. I gave up , sent to cctv footage to another cpompany and used them . I therefore would not recommend.

Blocked pipe and drain from the kitchen....phone DARES....within two hours engineers arrived, dealt with the problem and left everything in good order..Prompt, polite, professional . Good, honest price for a good job done. Thanks. you.
