The worst company that exist in the world I think. I bought an boiler from them and after 13 months the Thermostat stopped working. Which is fine. Can always happen. They came quickly to resolve the problem and what it turns out they had offered me to fix the problem for only 140 pounds. I refused to do so as I thought I should be covered for 5 years warranty but no, thermostat has got only 12 months warranty. So I have ordered a new thermostat waited about 2 weeks to get it delivered. In mean i checked thermostat manufacturer, Siemens, and few people fixed their thermostats with just replacing batteries for new. So I did with mine. And the thermostat was working again. Couldn't get the boiler to communicate with the thermostat at all.. Until my friend came down and told me that someone bridged the boiler so It would be turned on 24/7 unless switched off manually. So he connected the thermostat back on the place and everything is working fine. So I nearly got robbed for 140 pounds while the problem was only 2 faulty batteries. Do not ever trust this company. They are thief's and frauds.
