Not for the faint hearted, hate training halfway through but feel fantastic after, these guys get you to do things you don't think you can. Great coaches that produce great athletes.

It was great last night. I done sparring.

Pure sweat fest from the Boxfit session tonight. Modern boxing gym with quality bags and well structured session. Would definitely recommend.

Great gymn; for all ages

I'm not typically a gym person, preferring to participate in outdoor activities rather than repetitive gym actions, but the Staff here really help you with your form.I started going to train for a charity event, and have been really impressed by the regime they offer. It's good solid work, and Jon is an excellent coach.

Jon is the best trainer you can get, he helps you in the gym whether you are on a bag or just exercising, after five years of knowing him, i can happily say i love it at this gym, thank you Jon and liz

I absolutely love this place, Fight factory has honestly given me so much. I was overweight, had some bad habits and generally just depressed about the way things were going. Since joining last February I've made new friends, got myself back in shape and my fitness has vastly improved from where it was compared to when I first walked through the door! It's helped me ditch the bad habits and build my self esteem back up, I honestly can't recommend it enough! Whether you're male, female, young or old, get yourself over there. Whether you want to box or just get fitter, it's up to you, it accommodates classes for everyone and it's definitely a step worth making.Your mental and physical strength will improve no end and you're surrounded by positivity....that I promise!Another bonus for ladies is that Fight Factory is complimented by Liz and Jades body fix that is fully 100% dedicated to women and offer fantastic bootcamp classes for women of all age's and abilities, it has a separate area within the gym itself so it's great for women to get together, spur eachother on and get fit whilst building a new network of friends!I highly recommend you, at the very least, to give it a go, what do you have to lose!?!?!!
