Got City Fibre installed today but still haven’t received the router that air broadband said would come a few days prior.Can’t get through to any member of the team either through phoning or emails or social media.Sat with no internet connection until this is sorted.Update; tried writing to them and calling to cancels But can’t get the line closed until they reply. Which means I can’t go with another provider. Any help would be appreciated if anyone knows how to sort this. Thank you.

Moved over to these from Virgin Media as City Fibre have the laid fibre in Derby city . Our broadband was installed at 15/02/23 and today 06/03/2023 and no service yet! To get in touch mission impossible. 8hours waiting on a phone! No answer! Customer service is disrespectful.Called city fiber man was so rude said basically “ we are have no control over what's going on with air broadband” and put the phone down on me...Advice avoid these companies ?

Guy turned up to conect...no router couldnt do anything. Few days later router turned up but no one ever came to install it on the appointed day. No reply to emails and they never answer the phone. Christmas with no broadband.Update,its Febuary now and my broadband is still giving me headache s. I cant connect to it once a device has disconnected and no one gets back to me when I call or send an email.

At My wits End, have been trying to contact Air Broadband, By submitting a request email, and phoning. But they must all be on holiday.I got in a que spent 4hours getting to number 1, then it just went dead.How can you run a business like this ? Or have they gone bust ?Just don't understand how customer service can be so poor, City Fibre you need to look into this before it not only affects customers but also your business .Poor poor poor

Moved over to these from Virgin Media as City Fibre have laid fibre in my city. What a mistake that was. Total outage (city wide) 3 times this month and no update on why this has happened, this was amongst the times I have had issues with my connection. Tried a couple of times to raise a complaint but I hear nothing back. I have told them I want to cancel the contract to go with another provider so I can get a reliable connection. Not great considering I opted for the top package they offer. My advice is if you are in the Derby area steer well clear and go with a larger and more well known company.Edit 13/11/22: Services are down city wide again today. I am still yet to hear anything back from my complaints. This time though I called City Fibre directly who tell me they are not aware of any outages but were unable to investigate as I was not a provider.

WARNING!Unable to reach them after 23 phone calls and messages left, emails in answered so I went to their offices. They are no longer there, packed up and left in a hurry 5 days ago.I recommend everyone to avoid this firm, if they even still exist.

If I could give a 0 star review I would.Cons:The local circuit has dropped 3 times in 1 month - with no warning. Twice it was out for the whole day leaving WFH near impossible.Support doesn't respond to emails.Support doesn't even respond to messages sent through their contact page.After hour calls don't get handled and hang up after 4 seconds - at least get an answer machine.Pros:When it's on, it's pretty fast.

Really bad. I was supposed to get my router delivered at the beginning of December 2022 a few days before the engineer visited. It didn't arrive. Since then, I still don't have a broadband connection (09 Feb 2023). Importantly Air Broadband isn't signed up to Ofcom's customer compensation scheme, they don't reply to emails, they don't answer the phone on the support line or respond to voice messages left, and critically you can't even get an answer if you call their sales number, so it feels like either their office is going through a meltdown or are now empty and Air Broadband is about to shut down. Avoid.

Had a number of issues with air broadband recently but to top it off received a letter yesterday from OFNL to say air will no longer supply me after 9th march but the cheeky buggers took a full month money yesterday!! It’s now in hand with my bank and new provider being looked into. Such a shame as they use to be good.

Air we're bought by Zybre, now left without working internet since Thursday.No access to services or anything without routing through a VPN, and this morning now left unable to connect to anything.I literally went from working at 8.30 to being unable to work at 8.45, phone lines down nothing responding.Cancelling DD and requesting a refund through DD guarantee and moving.
