Tension free shopping everything is on a good price except 25p plastic bag very poor quality, my favourite point of shopping, reduced milk price, so it will be great, tension free parking.

It's Farmfoods, prices are average and the shop itself for variety is very average. The staff are a 50/50 here, some are slowly dying inside and others are bouncing to the floor and back

This was the first time in this particular farmfoods as I do not live at niddrie plus it was a Sunday and I thought that they were all closed on a Sunday. It's a big shop inside,really busy but I found it awkward to get around probably as I did not know the lay out and too many people.i did not find a couple of the workers too friendly or helpful.there was no room for my daughter to get through on her electric wheelchair ,so she had to go round a long way to pay and get home.

The woman charged me too many times for an item. Went back in and pointed it out to her, and she wasn't very happy about this. She wanted me to take the extra item I was charged for as it was easier for her to do this, as opposed to doing her actual job. When I said it wasn't for me so wanted my pound refund, her whole attitude changed. She was not the only rude member of staff in this branch today! Absolutely shocking! Can't remember her name as she or the manager didn't return the reciept afterwards!
