Had a neck, shoulder and back massage here this evening. Excellent and professional service from beginning to end. Fantastic covid procedures in place. Extremely friendly masseuse. Definitely recommend trying out this place.

I changed the earrings there for about 3 months - tenu, tragus and felix... the tragus has no problems, but in the place of the felix piercing it is constantly inflamed, I changed the earring to another one and the swelling stopped, then I put the earring back on and again, swelling, pus and bleeding... I'm afraid that the earring is made of the wrong material. I paid 60 eur for 2 tiny earrings and I expected full satisfaction for this price, not constant pain.

Today I went to zen to try out their pedicures ,their therapist Tatianna was wonderful really amazing at what she does and doesn't rush after finishing which is a bonus since starting coming here for beauty treatments for myself im feeling better about myself so thanks to all the staff at Zen
