Unfortunately it isn't possible to give 0 stars. THey are a scam company. Do not buy from them, even on Amazon. They ignore all emails and calls and lie about dispatching items. Dont use. Reported to trading standards

First order went through fine. Second order didn't appear. Emailed them, no response. Called them to be told they only take orders and would pass on the message. Emailed again and called again before being told they 'couldn't find a post office tracking number' and would refund. Eventually recovered my money via Paypal. Great way to lose customers....

Do not touch this company with a barge-pole!!!I wish I read the other reviews before I bought from this scourge.I've had a similar experience to others. Bought in good faith. No sign of goods after a month, even though i paid for next day delivery. Numerous emails, and phone calls to them. No communication whatsoever apart from they'll pass my details on to their customer service department....what customer service department!!!They only have a sales number, which APPARENTLY" is a separate company working on behalf of SuperfoodUK.Don't take any notice of the reviews on their OWN website.I'll be reporting to Watchdog. I encourage anyone else who has been treated similar to do so."

Used this company via Amazon. They dispatched the wrong item, claimed ignorance of accepting the return, ignorance of receiving the return (even though I had signed proof) and refused to accept liability for postage even though the return instructions stated that they would. Not a very customer friendly experience. No doubt they will have a suitably trite comeback for this review where responsibility is bounced back at the customer.

If I could leave zero stars I would - profiteering at a time of global crisis.Claimed baby milk I order had been dispatched but ten days later no communication whatsoever. i did at least get the refund but let me struggling to get the item as its hard to come by currently.I noticed that the shop has increased the price of this and many other goods that are in short supply at the moment.I urge everyone to boycott this shameful company.

I mean, just read the reviews… Like so many others, ordered via Amazon but nothing arrived and struggling to get a refund. They are blaming Amazon for the issues. Laughably they have a 99% rating on Amazon as all (many!) 1 star reviews are deleted with them blaming Amazon for the problems. Strange that I’ve never had an issue with any other third party seller where Amazon despatch but so many have an issue with this company. Just avoid. Not worth the inevitable hassle.

Ordered, paid, said they sent, never arrived, contacted them twice, no reply. Tracking number not available. Scammers, see other reviews.

Placed an order, paid for it and received a 'despatched' email in March. Still no sign of it. No response from the company to my emails and the phone number they provide is either engaged or rings out. Spent £150 on food items and am now wondering if this is even a legit company or just scammers. I would avoid until proven otherwise.

Bought many different products from this website over the last 10 years, never had an issue. Always arrived correct and in a timely manner
