The level of experience and friendly service was brilliant. After my previous phone was damaged, I required multiple trips to the shop due to the age of the phone and data transfer issues. The patience shown and the low cost for how much time I took up was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone if you have a problem with your phone.

Simply amazing & friendly service !!!!After my Daughter phone was damaged, I required just the 1 trip to the shop In had my daughter old phone repaired and a data transfer to the new phone I'm OVER THE MOON and the low cost for how much time I took I would recommend to anyone if you have a problem with your phone

iPhone battery needed replacing. Apple=£90 and hard to make an appointment. Chester Phone Repair=£40 and done within half an hour of asking. Service was friendly and helpful, no complaints.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. The man is lovely and friendly, his prices are fair and he goes above and beyond to help. He changed my front glass in 20 minutes and even put a screen protector on for me free of charge.

I went to fix my IPhones black screen and the man behind the counter told me he could fix it without me even explaining. He let me know it was to do with apple slowing down my phone which felt false. However, I needed my phone fixed so I agreed and he said it would only take 20 minutes. Later I came back and he told me he couldn’t fix it and would put my old screen back on. I was disappointed but found another phone shop the next day, once opening my phone he found that the man had taken all the screws out of my phone and not screwed them back in after taking off his screen that didn’t even work! Laziness is the best way to describe this place. Do not go here. The parts are not genuine and the service is sloppy.

Amazing. Got a new charging port fitted inside of 20 minutes and it was under £30 the cheapest phone repair in Chester but don't let the fact its affordable concern you. They perform top quality service. The gent I spoke to I think was called Emaan and yeah sorted within I think 15 minutes. I just sat and had a coffee.
