Mike was supposed to show up today to do our tiling but never bothered. Has been avoiding us with no returned calls and emails for a week. Being none the wiser I could not look elsewhere sooner not to go back on my word. Now scrambling to find a tiler the last minute in a busy October for tilers. Completely unprofessional behaviour, I am at awe at the lack of care for his customers. Thank you for that Mike. I would have rated him 0 stars but impossible. Steer clear.
