After providing the details, Andy gave some professional advice along with quotes. On the day of the job he showed up on time and carried the job out quickly and left no mess behind. Andy was really helpful, efficient and friendly. It was about 6.30pm, and he came in about 10 minutes. The door was open and all sorted within about 20 minutes. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fixed the lock on the front door of my sons flat - he was locked in overnight! Andy was v prompt, thorough, explained what he thought was wrong, he arrived very quickly and immediately diagnosed it and had the part to fix it with him on the spot - the price was super reasonable considering emergency call out. He also cleaned up really well after he finished - highly recommend

Having used Andy previously, I had no hesitation calling to see if he was able to change the locks to our new house. Andy was in the area and visited us in 12 mins of calling. Job assessed, quote provided the same day. Locks fitted 2 working days later once arrived. Always on time, friendly, pride taken with work. Highly recommended.

Great communication, Andy even replied to all my questions whilst he was away. Gave me options for the locks needed with no pressure. Did the job when he said, tidied up at the end. Andy replaced an old lock with a much more secure one and we're really pleased. Visited site to survey, recommended a suitable lock and then fitted it for a very reasonable price and worked quickly and neatly. Absolutely recommend.

The door and lock were damaged after a break in. I asked Andy at 8pm if he could come in the morning, he could. The job was far bigger than he anticipated from the poor photos I sent him but he honoured the agreed price and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the door, filling large gaps where wood was missing and doing a very neat job with the new lock. Would not hesitate to recommend him. A professional and a gentleman.
