To let my flat I interviewed the two main Salisbury letting agents, based on Rightmove listings and website presence.I went with Whites for a couple of reasons: they offered, in my opinion, a more realistic appraisal; and just as importantly, a more professional interaction: be it from from Carly, the Property Manager, through to a courtesy call from Marcus (the MD).I feel like I was kept in the loop - with plenty of emails - when it came to securing a tenant. This bodes well for the future, hence the current recommendation.

HW White has served us well from a property purchase in 1981 and the management of a buy to let property since 1998. Matthew arranged a very good sale of our older property. Carly and Jeremy have taken on the refurbishment and reletting of the rental property very professionally just in the last few weeks. We have also been well looked after by Samantha in respect of a property we have been renting to live in ourselves.
